Offering an Early Bird Registration for the Be Spoiled Stampin’ Up! Style Creative Canadians Fall 2013 Weekend Retreat

Early Bird Registration for this event is $110 if you register before August 31st   and $130 if you register after August 31st , 2013.

**ALUMNI DISCOUNT
Note if you have attended ANY of my weekend retreats in the past (cottage or Nav Centre) you are entitled to a $20 DISCOUNT on your Registration FEE as my THANK YOU for your continued support and loyalty !

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required upon registration with the remainder to be paid on September 15th, 2013.



The Nav Centre fee is based on a 2 night stay at Nav Centre (to be paid separately at check in).


 Your Be Spoiled Stampin’ Up! Style Weekend Retreat includes:
- A FULL table to yourself to spread out and create
- $75 in Stampin’ Up! Products from the Holiday and Idea Book and Catalogue
- 6 Fantastic Make and Takes 
- Two breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners!!
- Pillow gifts throughout the weekend
- 2 optional classes (for additional fees) – class fees will NOT exceed $15 each
- Draws for fabulous Stampin' Up! products
- Use of our Stampin' Up! inks, punches, stamps, Big Shot and dies!!!
- Keurig Machine for your coffee, tea and hot chocolate favourites ! Hot water can be brewed also if you are a tea drinker !
- Access to the 25-metre lap pool and waterslide!
- Access to the cropping room from 3:00 on Friday until 3:00pm on Sunday
-Fully-equipped gym and fitness facility with free weights and modern cardio equipment
- High-speed internet throughout the facility and access to computers!
- I have secured the conference room A-130 that is FULL of natural light with 2 walls full of windows!! 



Main Dining Room
With a menu that changes daily, our main dining room serves a healthy variety of whole foods and freshly cooked meals. From convenient breakfast buffets to delicious lunch and dinner specials, our Executive Chef aims to satisfy even the most discriminating of palates. Along with several fresh daily specials, the main dining room offers homemade soups, sandwich and salad bars, pizza and a tempting selection of desserts.  Please let me know of any food allergies at registration time.

The Jet Set Pub
Our on-site bar offers guests the opportunity to relax, unwind and network. Stocked with a full selection of draft and bottled beers, wines, liqueurs, spirits and soft drinks, the Jet Set has something for every guest. With weekly live entertainment and a menu of bar snacks and appetizers, the pub is an ideal way to cap off a busy conference day.

The Lift Off Tuck Shop
To satisfy between-meal cravings and provide the small items guests often forget to pack, Lift Off is open late. From Starbucks coffee and bakery treats to lottery tickets, newspapers and other sundries, Lift Off stocks the small items that will compliment your stay.

 Only a $30 deposit is needed upon registration, and the remainder is to be paid on September 1, 2013. Registration forms will be emailed to you once payment has been received.  *Don't forget you need to let me know which room style (standard or junior suite) you have selected, who your roommates are (if applicable) and you will pay for it separately at check in.

Hotel  (NavCentre) Reservations:
We have blocked off the rooms and suites, but you will need to select which room type you would like at the time of registration. Single, double or triple occupancy etc.

Your choices are:
Standard Room (one room) – single occupancy – food included - $127 per night
Standard Room (one room)double occupancy (share a bed) – food included -                $177 per night 
Standard guest rooms feature one double bed and:
§  Luxurious duvets, pillow-top mattresses and upgraded pillows
§  Upgraded bathroom amenities & plush towels
§  High-speed internet access
§  Work area
§  Private bathroom with hair dryer
§  Telephone with voice mail
§  Cable television
§  Individual climate control
§  Iron and ironing boards
§  Coffeemaker
Junior Suites are equipped with the same features as a standard room plus:
§  Additional floor space
§  2 Queen-size beds in separate rooms
§  2 bathrooms
§  Refrigerator
Junior Suite (2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and 2 bathrooms)  - double occupancy – food included - $217 per night
Junior Suite (2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and 2 bathrooms) – triple occupancy –food included - $267 per night (3 people in the room, two share a bed, the other has a bed to themselves)
Junior Suite (2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and 2 bathrooms)– triple occupancy –food included - $317 per night (4 people in the room, two people to a queen size bed)
***The Junior Suite room fee is $217 for Double Occupancy per night.   Therefore if you are 2 people staying in the room, it is $108.50 each per night (plus applicable taxes) – which includes all the meals and amenities! ***
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel …so sad to see you miss out   …
If you cancel before September 15th  , 2013 you are subject to 50% of the Nav Centre  fee + $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations after September 15th , 2013 are subject to the full Nav Centre fee + $50 cancellation fee.
Note:   If you’d like to transfer the hotel portion to a friend or family member, please let me know so I can change the name on the registration before September 15th.  Thank you for your understanding.

Did you know the Extended Hands Food Bank distributes food to 300-600 people weekly and serve a hot meal to 75-150 Thursday Afternoons ? Come help support this worthy cause !


 The food bank is currently in urgent need of funds to purchase a new truck  - or a new truck if you know of someone who would donate it or sell it at a very reasonable rate !!!
